Double Layer Pumpkin Pie
This pumpkin pie is extra special because it has two layers. The bottom layer is a creamy, smooth pumpkin filling and the top layer is a fluffy whipped cream topping.
Ingredients
- 4 Ounces Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Tablespoon Milk or Half-and-Half
- 1 Tablespoon White Sugar
- 1 ½ Cups Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1 Prepared Graham Cracker Crumb Crust (6 Ounces)
- 1 Cup Cold Milk or Half-and-Half
- 2 Packages (4-Serving Size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 Can (16 ounces) Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- ¼ Teaspoon Ground Cloves
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk, and sugar in a large bowl with a wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust.
- Pour 1 cup milk into another large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes. (Mixture will be thick.) Stir in pumpkin and spices with wire whisk until until well mixed. Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with additional whipped topping. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
