- 10 Oreo cookies
- 4-5 oz. white rolling fondant
- 3 oz. pink rolling fondant
- 1 ½ cups white candy melts
- Black decorating frosting
HOW TO MAKE OREO DIPPED BUNNY COOKIES
Start by lining a baking sheet with wax paper.
Once you have that done, you’re going to roll out 20 spheres from the white rolling fondant. Make certain that they are about ½ an inch in size each.
Next, you’re going to roll out 30 pink fondant spheres. These need to be about 1/3 of the size of the white ones that you just unrolled.
Once you have both unrolled, take and shape the white fondant spheres into a bunny ear shape. You can easily do this by rolling into a cylinder, about 1 inch long. Make a point on one end.
Next, take and make raindrop shapes with 20 of the pink spheres. Take and put one on top of each of the white bunny ears that you just made.
Put the candy melts in a bowl and melt them in the microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
Take and start to dip each Oreo cookie in the melted candy. Make certain that you coat entirely. Once coated, take and place gently on your wax paper.
Now it’s time to start to assemble your bunny cookies! Add on the two bunny ears and also add a pink circle (which will be the bunny nose) onto each Oreo. Let set.
Once they’re built, take and attach Wilton tip #3 onto the black decorating frosting and start to pipe out two eyes. You’ll want to put these right above the fondant nose and do so on each cookie. Enjoy!
TIPS TO MAKE OREO DIPPED BUNNY COOKIES

- The bunny faces don’t have to be perfect. There is nothing cuter than having each cookie show a little bit of personality so don’t stress too much over it. Just make them and have fun!
- Make certain that you’re stirring the chocolate wafers in between the 30-second intervals when they’re in the microwave. This will help them to melt smoothly and reduce the chance of them burning.
- It will take a little bit of time for the chocolate to harden on the Oreo cookies. Just be patient and use this time to make up all the cute little bunny faces!
DO THESE OREO DIPPED BUNNY COOKIES HAVE TO BE STORED IN THE FRIDGE?
They don’t. As long as you have them in a sealed container, they should be fine and stay fresh. However, as a side note, these cookies are actually super delicious if you put them in a container or bag in the freezer for a short amount of time. It makes the outer chocolate layer a little crispy and the middle of your cookie will really have a nice crunch as well.
