HOW LONG DO Chocolate Mint COOKIES LAST?
If you want save these little mint cookies, good luck. Seriously, they disappear fast off the counter at our house. But, if you’re making them for an event and you need to save them for a couple of days, they’re going to be fine on the counter for 3-5 days in an airtight container. If they will all be eaten within a few days, you could store them in a cute cookie jar.
If you want your cookies to last even longer, you can store them in the same airtight container in the fridge and they’ll last for 12-15 days then. But, because I don’t care for cold cookies, I like to let them sit out on the counter for a while before snacking.
CAN Cream Cheese Chocolate COOKIES BE FROZEN?
Yes! These cream cheese chocolate cookies make for a great freezer-treat. You just place the cookies inside an airtight container and then they’ll last for 3-5 months in the freezer. Then, when you’re ready to snack, you can let them sit on the counter for a while or just warm them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
If you love chocolate cookies, I think you will love our Chocolate Snickerdoodle cookie recipe. They are so soft and so delicious!

Cream cheese is a great alternative to butter or oil in cookies and makes the cookies super soft once they are baked.
